How to add a new Property

There are two ways to add a new property listing to your CRIBFLYER account: import the listing using AI (from a URL or uploaded documents), or enter the property address, city, state, and postal code yourself. Once added, each property gets its own professional website that displays photos, property details, amenities, and neighborhood information to attract potential buyers.

Enter the address carefully. If you create the website with a pre-paid website credit, you can change the address for the first 30 days and then the fields lock. On a monthly subscription plan there is no limit. See Can I change the address on a property website after it's created?
